Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the New York metropolitan area on regular weekly routes. Delivery days are assigned based on your location. Same-week add-on orders are available subject to truck capacity.

Cold-Chain Integrity

All frozen and refrigerated products are transported in temperature-controlled trucks. Frozen items maintained at 0°F or below; refrigerated items at 34–38°F.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order is dependent on location — order what you need, when you need it. Pallet pricing available on select items. Ask your salesperson for more details.

Returns & Damages

Customers must inspect deliveries at receipt. Damaged or short cases must be noted on the delivery sheet and reported within 24 hours for credit or replacement.

Quality Guarantee

Every product is sourced from vetted manufacturers and meets food-safety standards. If you're not satisfied with the quality of a product, contact your salesperson — we'll make it right.

Ordering & Payment

Approved customers can place orders by phone, email, or through the Customer Login portal. Payment terms are established at account setup. Credit cards and ACH accepted.
